Drawing from the principles of form follows function, 510 Design has curated a space that not only pleases the eye but also enhances the professional atmosphere essential to a healthcare environment.

Soft greens, whites, and soothing tones evoke a sense of serenity, paying homage to the nearby beach while maintaining a calming ambiance. To imbue the space with a sense of sophistication, touches of darker hues reminiscent of Art Deco are strategically incorporated, adding depth and character to the design. Central to the renovation is the emphasis on lighting, with increased illumination lending clarity and warmth to every corner. A new focal point, a corner showcase, serves not only as a visual highlight but also as a platform to exhibit cutting-edge technology utilised in eye testing and measurement—a testament to the commitment to innovation and excellence.

As Riaan King Optometrists continues to expand its reach, 510 Design’s collaboration with the client extends to a new project in Hout Bay, slated to elevate the standards of interior design in healthcare spaces once again. With groundbreaking in February 2024, anticipation mounts for another masterpiece that seamlessly blends functionality with flair.
