Sea Point Residential
Sea Point Residential
Where Function Meets Urban Chic

With a client’s request for an urban aesthetic infused with practicality, I tried to create a space where every element serves a purpose without compromising on style.

The design prioritises practicality without sacrificing aesthetics. Neutral colours dominate the palette, creating a serene backdrop that allows each carefully curated piece to shine. Clean white surfaces evoke a sense of openness and tranquility, while urban touches such as concrete accents and industrial-inspired tiling add an edgy, metropolitan flair.

The strategic use of wallpaper was used to inject personality and visual interest into the space. From bold geometric patterns to subtle textures, each wallpaper selection serves to enhance the ambiance and elevate the overall design aesthetic. Drawing inspiration from Scandinavian design principles, the space seamlessly blends simplicity with warmth. Every element, from furniture arrangement to lighting fixtures, was carefully chosen to maximize usability while maintaining a sense of sophistication and elegance.

In the Sea Point residential project, the marriage of function and urban chic is not just a design philosophy but a way of life. It’s a celebration of thoughtful design, where every detail serves a purpose, and beauty is found in the harmony of form and function. This concept is still open for deployment. Pending production and put out.
